Absolutely, your visit means a lot to us! We love welcoming walk-ins whenever possible. However, just a heads-up, for piercing services, we can accommodate walk-ins if time allows and there are no conflicting appointments during your visit. Walk-ins operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are welcome anytime between 1-7pm.
To secure a spot at JuLhead, simply check out the ‘Appointments’ tab for available services. We allocate a generous 30 minutes for each appointment, ensuring you have plenty of time to ask questions and select your perfect jewelry. Additionally, if you’re interested in styling and multiple piercings (more than 4 services), we’ve reserved a special 1 1/2-hour slot just for you. Unfortunately, we can only accept appointments through our website and do not schedule via phone. However, feel free to reach out to us using the chat bubble on the right-hand side of the page if you need further assistance.

We realize that getting a piercing can be a nerve-wracking experience, and the sound of a ringing phone can add to the stress and create an anxious feeling. Moreover, it can disrupt an enjoyable experience.
To ensure a comfortable and hassle-free environment for our clients, we encourage everyone to send us a message. This will enable us to assist you with minimal interruptions and provide the necessary support to make the process as smooth as possible.
We do not perform piercings on individuals under the age of 18. Our services are only available to adults who are 18 years or older.
The purpose of the deposit is to reserve your selected time frame and the services you require. It will be credited towards your final total and will not be forfeited unless you violate our Appointment Policy. This includes cancelling within less than a 24-hour notice, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or failing to show up altogether. Let's say, for example, that Client A wants to get a pair of Lobe piercings with simple starter studs at $80 each, which adds up to a total of $160+tax. Their deposit will be used to reduce the final total accordingly. Similarly, Client B selects a pair of starter studs for Lobes and a showpiece for their Helix, and the final total will depend only on the JuLry price and tax, with their deposit being deducted from the final amount. Essentially, the deposit serves as a guarantee that you will keep your appointment, as no one likes to be stood up.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, making it difficult to keep your appointment. However, canceling without ample notice means we can't fill that slot for another client. Therefore, we kindly ask our clients to honor their commitments. If you're unsure about making it on time, we welcome walk-ins to avoid any cancellation hassle. We deeply value our clients, time, and staff, and we have operational costs and staff welfare to consider. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
The short answer is no. Often times, jewelry purchased from a store may not be suitable for initial piercings. For us to pierce you, we need to know the exact type of material, company, and mill certifications. We feel most comfortable using pieces purchased directly from us in the past or during a future visit and from companies we currently carry such as BVLA, Modern Mood, Pupil.Hall, Junipurr, Buddha Jewelry, Body Gems, Norvoch, Quetzalli, Regalia, and LeRoi.
In addition, many pieces of jewelry are hand-made and may break during the sterilization process. We would be devastated if we damaged a piece of jewelry that has sentimental value to you.

We've included a diagram for bending pin ends on all our Webstore listings that feature threadless pin ends. We use this technique with pin ends that are easy to bend, creating enough tension for a secure and tight fit.
For those pin ends that may be trickier to create tension for a secure fit, we understand – they can be difficult to bend just right, ensuring they stay put without worries. We've been there before, but we have a technique that will help. We use a hemostat (which can usually be ordered online) to hold the pin end at the base while we insert the titanium post backing about a third of the way. With the hemostat clamped just right, we can bend it perfectly, even giving it a curl or zigzag if needed. This ensures that when you insert the pin end into the post backing, it's snug, and you won't have any issues during wear. Sometimes we make the bend for the pin a third of the way down and halfway along the pin end length to create a curl or zigzag, allowing for the best bend and strongest tension. We recommend practicing a bit before placing the pin end back onto your ear with the post backing to get the tension just right. Just a heads up, though – too much bending can snap the pin, but with the hemostat, it's easier to handle and adjust.
For optimal functionality with gold posts, the threadless ends need to be slightly bent beyond the usual amount. Once the pin is bent accordingly, the tension will work effectively, resulting in a secure fit onto the post.
Our studio provides a lifetime repair warranty for all purchased jewelry, with restrictions on certain pieces depending on the vendor. Please message us if you have any questions. In the rare event of issues such as lost gemstones, broken pins, or threads, please reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, but repair costs are covered. However, please note that our lifetime repair policy only applies to repairs and does not include loss. To be eligible for the warranty, the jewelry must be purchased directly from us.
We understand that losing a piece of JuLry can be disappointing. While we are unable to provide coverage for lost pieces, we genuinely care about your experience. To avoid such situations, we kindly recommend regularly checking your JuLry to ensure the pin end is securely fastened or the threaded part is tightly screwed on. If you ever have any concerns about maintaining a secure fit or preventing loss, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Although our studio policy doesn't cover lost JuLry, we would be delighted to help you reinstall the piece if you happen to find it. Shipping:
We’re thrilled to send our jewelry collection directly to you. Upon placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. Kindly note, once your jewelry is picked up by the courier and in transit, JuLhead is no longer responsible for it. Should any issues arise with your shipment or delivery, it becomes your responsibility to contact the carrier for resolution or to file a claim.
Upon completion of your order, we’ll ship it within 1-2 business days. If your order contains backordered item(s), we offer two options for fulfillment:
1. Hold the entire order and ship it as one package upon the backordered item’s arrival.
2. Promptly ship the in-stock items. Subsequently, when the backordered item becomes available, we’ll send it separately and issue a second shipment invoice.
International Shipping:
Excitingly, we provide international shipping, with terms and conditions applicable. Please note that postage may fluctuate due to unforeseen circumstances, potentially resulting in a different shipping cost. Any overpayment on shipping costs will be refunded to you. Understand that shipping costs depend on factors like destination country, chosen carrier, and distance from the United States, and these costs may change without notice.
We currently ship to North and Central America, most of Europe and Asia, and Oceania, subject to USPS restrictions. Please note this list is subject to change at our discretion.
Customs and Duties:
For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any customs or duties incurred. Additionally, you must handle any customs clearance requirements in your destination country. We do not assume responsibility for clearance or communication with customs offices.
