If an item is back-ordered, delivery may take several weeks, depending on the manufacturer. However, in-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
At our studio, we offer a lifetime repair warranty for all purchased jewelry. If you have any lost gemstones, broken pins or threads, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help. However, please note that our lifetime repair policy covers repairs only and does not include loss. The JuLry should have been purchased directly from us to be eligible for the lifetime repair warranty.

We currently only ship within the United States. For international deliveries, we recommend using a mail forwarding service to receive packages.
